Pink Caviar University's online courses, classes, webinars, ebooks, and all merchandise are final sale. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. Deposits are also non-refundable. We highly recommend students read all details before selecting a class, ebook, or merchandise before purchase.

The Verification Process

Your billing and shipping address must match. If not, you may receive an email or phone call asking for a clear picture of you holding your ID and showing the last 4 digits of the credit card used and the name on the card to verify you are the cardholder. You must pass the security check verification process for us to complete your order.
